Get your home ready.

A little prep lets your property be the focus. Start outside, where the driveway, yard, and outdoor spaces all show from the air.

Start with these three things

Check items off as you go. Prepare the areas included in your booking.

01 / Outside

Let the property shine.

The front, back, and sides can all appear in aerial photos.

Park cars in the garage or out of sight.Clear the driveway and, where practical and permitted, the curb in front of the home. Move trailers, boats, and other vehicles too, unless you want them featured. Close the garage door afterward.
Put trash and recycling bins away.A garage or shed works well. Keep bins and yard-waste bags out of the areas being photographed—a drone can see more than the street view.
Clear the everyday clutter.Put away toys, bikes, tools, loose hoses, and pool-cleaning equipment. Check the front entry, side yards, deck, and patio.
Tidy the lawn and walkways.Mow if needed, gather leaves and loose debris, and clear the paths you can safely reach. Turn sprinklers off for the appointment.
Arrange outdoor living spaces.Straighten patio furniture, set out clean cushions if conditions allow, and clear tables. Let Jimmy know which features matter most, such as a garden, deck, pool, or waterfront.

02 / Before arrival

A quick walk around the property catches the little things.

Bring pets inside and clear the work area.Keep pets secure and people away from the takeoff and landing area. Jimmy will choose a suitable place to operate.
Coordinate access.Make sure an authorized contact can provide access to the agreed areas. Share any gate or access arrangements directly with Jimmy.
Check what will be in the frame.Put away personal information and anything you do not want in listing images. Tell Jimmy about areas to avoid and whether yard signs should stay in the photos.
Flag any changes.Let Jimmy know if the property will not be ready, access has changed, or there are hazards to work around. Weather and the final arrival plan will be confirmed with you.

03 / If included

Use this section only if interior photography is part of your confirmed booking. The $175 aerial photo package covers the outside from the air.

Clear counters and visible surfaces.Put away dishes, toiletries, cleaning supplies, cords, pet bowls, and small clutter in the rooms being photographed.
Give each room a quick reset.Make beds, straighten cushions, hang towels neatly, and close toilet lids. Clean visible mirrors and glass where practical.
Put personal items away.Remove documents, medications, family photos, and valuables you do not want visible in the listing.
Check lights and window coverings.Make sure lights work and window coverings can be adjusted. Jimmy can help decide how to use the available light when he arrives.
